Prepare your ideas
You have an amazing idea for your commission? Great! Feel free to write it down if it helps you to organize your ideas. If you're not too sure, I can advise you on the best way to convey what you need, we will be able to talk about it! It's really important that you provide examples of the kind of product that you want: you can show me previous commissions of the characters involved; photographs of clothing, accesories or other items that you would like your character to wear; examples of the posing or action that you would like your character/s to be doing, etc. Note: I won't copy any other artist's style. Please don't ask me to do so.What to do if I don't have references
If you don't have references or it's the first time you will be creating a commission for your character, don't worry. I've designed many characters for DnD players before, and the process is simple: you can provide any kind of moodboard or pictures you like, explain to me the 'vibe' you want, and we will work with sketches first so you can decide what way to go. I love reading lore, so if you have any details you want in your piece that have a backstory, feel free to send a small text talking about it, it always help me to empathize.How to request a commission
To start a commission, simply send me a message! You can do it several ways:

♦ Via discord (Yarome)We will talk about your commission, and I'll send you an estimation. If you accept the price and conditions, I will send you an invoice.
Remember that the payment is 50% (or 100% if you prefer) upfront via paypal.When your turn reaches in the queue, I will contact you and start with your work!What to expect
The process of the commission is very simple. I will be sending you regular pictures of the 'work in progress' to check if everything is okay to you. Of course, do have in mind that the first phases won't be as detailed, but you will start to see your idea in rough. In this phase is very, VERY important that you communicate what you like and what you don't. That way I will be able to adjust the commission and make sure I'll deliver the best product for you ♥Once the commission is sketched and lined, I will start coloring, always making sure that the colors and lighting are right. Then, I'll finish with the 'rendering' phase, where I detail all the light and shadows, add textures and volume to the characters. In this phase is difficult to make big changes, so please ask for them before!Once the pic is finished, I will request the 50% left of the payment if it hasn't been paid yet. If it is, I will send you the final product in .jpg or .png per your request!Please spam me with your reactions, keysmashes, memes of cats with hearts if you liked the commission! ♥ I always love some good serotonin ~

♦ By requesting a commission you accept all the terms issued below.♦ Payment must be made in advance via Paypal or through Ko-fi.♦ You can cancel a commission before I started working on it for free. Once I start working (sketch included) if you cancel you will receive a refund of the 50% of the total price. Refunds after the product has been finished are not allowed. I always offer the possibility of changing the commission in all the steps of the process so the client is satisfied, please do communicate your issues throughout the process so I can make the best commission for you. Don't wait until it's finished! It's harder to change details after the rendering phase.♦ You can repost your commission whenever you want, print it for personal use or gift it, but you're not allowed to resell or modify my art in any way, especially not to get profit from it. You are not allowed to use my art as NFT, train it on AI or mint it in any way.♦ Once the drawing is handled and the commission is closed, you're responsible for the reposting/misuse of the drawing on any webpage: I don't track all my commissions to see if they are reposted. I encourage the use of watermarks if you want to protect your product. I will only post the drawing on my official social media, with your permission, once is finished. If you don't want me to post it online or you prefer to remain anonymous, please tell me in advance so I won't post anything online or use 'anonymous' as the commissioner's name.♦ The final product will be sent through an email in .jpg or .png format. If you want a transparent background or variant versions, please inform me at the start so I can plan the different changes I will need to make.♦ I reserve the right to cancel the commission (refunding the 50%) if through the process of the commission there are any unsolicited comments, harassment or disrespectful behavior. I will cancel all communications and the right to ask for more commissions in the future will be lost. Do keep in mind that this is just a preemptive measure only suited for extreme situations, and I encourage you to talk to me through the process to make sure you're satisfied with the commissions. If you want any change made, you're not satisfied with the drawing or you simply want to cancel it, please contact me as soon as possible so we can arrange a solution! Most problems can be solved by talking, I have not encountered many instances where I needed to ban someone.
